It all started with making Paw Paw's pickles because he was no longer here on this Earth to make them.  One fine day, my wife then introduced Mayhaw Juice to my life and we made the finest jelly ever known with the juice her Dad had stashed away in his stand-up freezer. I never knew that gallon of juice would change our lives forever. It led the way to our forever obsession with the Mayhaw Berry and all of the amazing, sweet treats that could be created.  Soon after, we started making and selling jelly and our business has grown ever since.  We planted our own trees and vines to produce all of our own products, farm to table.  In Spring of 2023, we added honey bees to the farm and hope to start selling and showcasing their delicious honey this Fall.
